JPI Cultural Heritage

JPI Cultural Heritage (The Joint Programming Initiative on Cultural Heritage and Global Change: a new challenge for Europe) is an initiative conducted by JHEP (Joint Heritage European Programme), whose aim is to structure and support this JPI to implement the action programme for the area of research on cultural heritage in a changing world. In order to further this policy, it launches calls for proposals under funding schemes which will provide selected excellent and innovative networking and/or collaborative research projects with financial resources necessary to carry out the research. In 2012 the NCN joined JPI Cultural Heritage and participated in the preparation of the pilot call for proposals on Cultural Heritage.

Since 2013 Polish participation in the programme has been managed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
