    We have an experience in genotyping and identification of multidrug-resistant bacteria. We also have an experience in next generation sequencing-based analysis of microorganisms from the different environments. Our group is also experienced in the development of novel molecular methods for the identification and quantification (real-time PCR-based) of the different microorganisms at the different taxonomic levels – from genus to the particular strain.

    We would like to join the project related to molecular epidemiology of multidrug-resistant microorganisms as well as the development of novel diagnostic methods.
