  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

Our team was a part of consortium created for the realization of the project within the 3rd JPIAMR Joint Call: Transmission Dynamics. We have experience in work with the anonymized patient hospital stay records provided by public insurance companies. We developed (and implemented, code and documentation available via web page) network-like computational models describing the spread of multidrug resistant pathogens within the realistic inter-hospital network. In our models we also included the intermediate patient stays in community and some countermeasures that are addressed at the level of hospitals or network structure. Models predicts the prevalence of the pathogens within hospital network (and each hospital separately) and in community. For more details see: https://www.mimuw.edu.pl/~monika/emergenet

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

Within the project we would be happy to continue our work. We can extend our models to include several types of interventions. We can also design and implement different models or help in data analysis.
