  I have expertise in molecular microbiology of AMR, whole genome sequence analysis and bacterial pathogenesis. I am looking for a collaborator to work on Genomic Surveillance of Microplastic based AMR and its impact on human and animal health.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  I intend to work on role of Microplastics (MPs) in the spread pf AMR in aquatic and soil bacteria. Role of MPs based biofilms on increasing resistance and pathogenic potential of clinically relevant bacteria and possible interventions to control the spread of MPs based AMR.
