    I have expertise in microbiology with PhD in clinical mycology. Recently I have been working in projects centered in antimicrobial resistance, molecular epidemiology of antimicrobial resistance especially enterobacteriaceae, Candida spp. and Aspergillus fumigatus.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    Antimicrobial use in agricultural activities and animal keeping has significantly contributed to the up sage of antimicrobial resistance genes transmission between human, animal and environment. Any project looking at transmission of resistance genes between human, animal and environment or implement intervention means to limit the transmission will fit.
