  • Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

    I am a public health specialist and have experience in the field of the Public Health (Management, Occupational Health, Quality of Life Related to Health). I have done a lot of scientific research and I have experience in coordinating scientific projects. I was Head of scientific laboratory ”Occupational health” of the National Center for Public Health for almost 7 years. I was Director of applicable institutional project ”The study of the hygienic and medico-social aspects of occupational diseases; elaboration of measures to reduce disability”, also a responsible executor / director of applicable institutional project ”The estimation of the health status of the population in relation to the priority exogenous and psychosocial harmful factors; elaboration of measures regarding the reduction of risks”. I have experience in analysis of human resources in the health system and elaboration of proposals for planning, training, management, training of medical staff. I have participated in the implementation of policies and strategies in the field of human resources at regional level and the national health system; I have also participated in the organizationof activities for international cooperation within the Project "Health Network in South-Eastern Europe" in the Process of regional cooperation in South-Eastern Europe. I have experience in working with intersectoral collaboration groups. Nowadays I work as Associate Professor at the Department of Social Medicine and Management, Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy. The team I work with is composed of well-trained specialists in public health, microbiologists, clinicians, epidemiologists, pharmacologists, family phisicians etc. and highly qualified university staff - university professors and PhD students. We plan to work in projects in order to disseminate knowledge on antimicrobial resistance and develop good practice in AMR surveillances and One Health approach.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    We are interested in complex research focusing on social and medical determinations of antimicrobial resistance (AMR), with the inter-disciplinary team (microbiologists, pharmacologists, epidemiologists, infectious disease specialists, family physicians, other specialists in public health etc.). Based on the actuality and significant impact of antimicrobial resistance on public health at national, regional and global levels, we want to obtain results on knowledge, attitudes and practices of the population regarding AMR phenomenon, economic, social, medical and individual risk factors, prevention and control measures. Also, we are interested in any projects focused on One Health approach to AMR.
