  My group has strong expertise in mode of action studies of antibiotics using solid-state NMR. We are able to solve structures of antibiotics - receptor complexes in native bacterial membranes. See, e.g., our recent works on Teixobactin and Nisin Shukla et al, Nature Communications 2020 Medeiros-Silva et al., Nature Communications 2018

  I\'d like to contribute to a project with structural studies on the MoA of antibiotics. Ideally, antibiotics that act on membranes/ membrane-embedded receptors.
