  As veterinary epidemiologist and theoretical biologist my expertise lies in mechanistic simulation modelling to evaluate interventions strategies (ABM, deterministic models, stochastic models) as well as analyses of transmission experiments.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  I can aid in interpretation and extrapolation of emperic data for transmission between animals. Our group is currently starting up a project for an ontology specific to transmissiond ata and federated data analysis of transmission data of commensal or pathogenic amr bacteria.
