  I am a researcher in management. I am interested in teams and organisations operating in extreme contexts (mountaineering, mountain rescue, police, army, hospitals, etc.). I look more specifically at how teams and team members build and maintain collective competence that allows accident-free operations. I am also interested in how teams enact time and temporality in crisis management and extreme events.
